At Ghaniy Ltd, we take great pride in supplying authentic, premium-quality Yemeni Sidr honey. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following return policy to ensure the safety and quality of our honey.
Returns
We accept returns only if:
- The item is unused and unopened.
- The original tamper seal is intact.
- The item is returned in its original condition and packaging.
- The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Honey that has been opened.
- Honey that has been tasted or partially consumed.
- Products with broken or removed tamper seals.
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper storage.
As we cannot resell opened food products, any opened or tasted honey is not eligible for a refund, even if only a small amount has been used.
Return Shipping
If your return is accepted, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
